From Wonkette:
" Here's an excerpt from a letter the state of Washington's
Department of Licensing sent to the license plate's seller, explaining
why it was unsafe at any speed:"
The Department of Licensing has received several complaints regarding
your license plate FDUBYA. The personalized license plate committee
reviewed all the documentation and decided to cancel your plate because
the message is offensive to good taste and decency.
And now, behold the obscenity:

It seems in excellent taste to me.

Date: 2005-06-08 11:15 pm (UTC)From:Anyway, F DUBYA already showed up in California. Some anal-retentive asshole fucking Bush-lover sent this letter into the California DMV:
"Recently I found out that the California personalized license plate 'F DUBYA' is in use," the letter said. "As an American that lives in California, I am offended that the DMV has allowed this plate to be used."
And got the DMV to remove it from circulation.
Maybe F SHRUB would get through. Some people also write their messages in mirror so they are only visible to others when they look in their rear view mirror behind them.

So a lot of the time I'm totally out of the loop :)

I've been meaning to rent Six Feet Under for a long time, I've heard really good things. Same with CSI, actually :) Never heard of Deadwood though... What's it about?

Here's the website (http://www.hbo.com/deadwood/?ntrack_para1=leftnav_category0_show6)
I'm suprised you haven't heard of it. It's the hottest thing going on TV right now. And this season they are probably going to rake in a bunch of Emmy's.
I'm also interested in the show because my parents live about 20 miles from Deadwood SD (and so I visit it all the time when I'm home seeing them).
