There aren't supposed to be any swear words in license plates (or implication of swear words), or anything that could be construed as being obscene. Even if it's in another language. Anyway, F DUBYA already showed up in California. Some anal-retentive asshole fucking Bush-lover sent this letter into the California DMV:
"Recently I found out that the California personalized license plate 'F DUBYA' is in use," the letter said. "As an American that lives in California, I am offended that the DMV has allowed this plate to be used."
And got the DMV to remove it from circulation.
Maybe F SHRUB would get through. Some people also write their messages in mirror so they are only visible to others when they look in their rear view mirror behind them.
