gray_ghost - because it's un-googleable and it is the name of one my favorite Civil War generals (John Singleton Mosby - the original Gray Ghost). He also was not a big fan of Custer (who I absolutely LOATHE...but that is a different story altogether).

I played chess with a stuffed Eeyore (my favorite Winnie the Pooh character) when I was a child. My parents took pictures. As if that weren't embarassing enough, in the pictures I am wearing my superman pj's (which I was also very attached to). I frequently formed strong emotional bonds with inanimate objects when I was a kid. Invariably these would end in tears, and I would bury the objects in our yard. Probably more than you wanted to know =)

The random fact bit had me laughing-out-loud (and scary the cat, which ended it several painful flesh wounds for me). Those are some pictures I would consider burning, if I were you ;)
And now, I think I might have to go take this little meme-y thing... it could be fun, even tho' I'm a complete vampire illiterate... or, um, something like that.

I didn't feel my age until two years ago when I taught my first class, and freshman were calling me 'Professor Wilson'
Still - my thirties seem to be going a lot easier than my twenties. Kind of an angst-filled, lonely time where I was deciding what to do with my life and trying to figure things out and nothing seemed grounded or certain.
