Cool...this is a pirate station that has been operating in San Francisco for the past 12 years. Unfortunately they were raided two years ago by the FCC and US Marshals and had all of their broadcast equipment seized, but you can still check them out online (which I don't think is legal either - but these people don't seem to care).

I think internet broadcasting is currently unregulated by the FCC. But don't quote me on that.
