Interesting blog describing skirmishes in current drug war between the feds and California residents since state law in California is now at odds with federal law regarding medical marijuana.
And yay! Back from swimming and I think I'm improving my flutter kick. I wasn't nearly as exhausted swimming as I usually am (if I remember to kick from my hips, and not from my knees and relax my ankles) , and my profile in the water is much more aerodynamic than it used to be.
I need to work on my breast stroke however. And perfecting flip turns.
