Young Republican suck


In more than a dozen interviews, Republicans in their teens and 20s offered a range of answers. Some have friends in the military in Iraq and are considering enlisting; others said they can better support the war by working politically in the United States; and still others said they think the military doesn't need them because the U.S. presence in Iraq is sufficient.

Speaking of young republicans and sucking...I'm not sure if you've seen buffy the vampire slayer movie (i wouln't recommend it), but the best lines are in the credit cookies, and include:

Andy: [after the vampires attack] They had this look in their eyes, totally animal. I think they were young Republicans.

Why yes, yes i am easilty amused ;)

You might be wondering why I'm avoided the real topic: it's because it's making me highly nauseated...and also words aren't my strong point, no matter how much i'd like them to be.

Needless to say, I'm feeling all safe and secure in my house knowing that these able-bodied young people will be tomorrow's politicians *gag*. I'm not even going to get into how i feel about people supporting war but thinking they'd be better suited "working politically." *grr*
