Creepiest children's story EVER....

Just finished watching Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (the remade version with Johnny Depp). So ummmmm....WTF? I was reading the Amazon reviews of the book, and I have yet to read one where anyone was creeped out by the Oompa-Loompa worker slaves who appear to look upon Willy Wonka as some sort of demi-god. They SERIOUSLY need to consider forming a union.

Loved Johnny Depp's make-up. He has the sickly pale green of a corpse or a zombie throughout the movie.
