Just wondering, after my good friend
katekat1010 called in a napalm strike on the church girl
So I was thinking that if church girl's flist was of the hellraising sort, my LJ could suddenly be filled with comments from a bunch of Christian high schoolers telling me that I was going to burn in hell. Which would actually be super cool, because it's kind of primitive and tribal =) But I'm a freak, and flame wars can be kind of fun. I used to read and enjoy the flame wars between alt.gothic and alt.punk (which sometimes led to denial of service attacks on newsgroup servers).
Maybe in the future LJ will have an option to settle differences between rival flists where everyone on both sides logs onto a Quake server and both sides frag the shit out of each other until everyone gets all their aggression out.
TNT is running X-Files marathon (again) and playing one of my favs ("Tithonus -1999) about a crime scene photographer who is immortal and can see death coming. Maybe I've changed some since the X-Files was actually on the air - but I like the episodes that are just weird and creepy (like the early seasons) better than the later episodes involving alien conspiracy theories and Cabals within the govt. and Cancer man politics. Or maybe just that the episodes about creepy cabals within our government our a little too close to the truth for comfort currently, and the older episodes are a nice escape.

Actually in my previous post I was being nice by saying your friend was not being judgemental, as eb says.
At which point, I stuck out my tongue at
the computer screenyou and said, "thanks for that, brutus."~e!

Date: 2005-05-25 09:37 pm (UTC)From:I'm used to flaming geeky Ayn Rand worshipping guys though. And usually by the second or third round of posting they are typing in all caps with lots of exclamation points and epithets. Christian girls is entirely new territory for me. It's kind of like going after saber-toothed kittens with
3-inch canines.
