It's not - really. When people troll on threads, it's popular to post a link to that video but have the description point to something else. You click on the link - and then you have been officially rick rolled. Sort of a benign version of the goatsex pic, or tublady (Google both to see what I'm referring to if you're curious - but be prepare to be grossed out).
