Well Gonzales is going down in flames
He's screwed. Watch as Arlen Specter rips into our Attorney General
And Specter is a Republican. One of the Cold War 'normal' ones before the neocons and evangelicals took things over. I wonder what the Democrats are going to do to him?
He looks like a guy facing a calculus final realizing he should have done his homework instead of cramming at the last minute. I can't say I'm disappointed - but if they throw him under the bus Bush is just going to find some other stupid yes-man to do his bidding.
