Germany issues arrest warrants against CIA agent operatives

Wow....this is so messed up

So basically some citizen of a foreign country was kidnapped by the CIA - flown to a different country where he was tortured - and then after they realized they had the wrong guy they dumped him back in his own country and forgot about him. I wonder how many times this has happened in the past and the suspect has either died or kept quiet because they were scared?

I hope they catch the bastards and have a huge publicized trial.
