Basically it's an online lynch mob where the members create fake online profiles of underage kids and then lure would-be pedophiles into chats with them. Then once they have enough info...they publish full contact info with pics and the chat logs.
So HUGE potential for abuse. But on the plus side, everytime I think the Internet is becoming a tamer and less exciting place to hang out, a site like this pops up to remind me just how wild it can still be =)
