Tell me if you hear anything. It's an MP3 file (really small), of a ringtone that students in the UK have been using to receive phone calls while they are in class without their instructors knowing. Apparently older people cannot hear it at all - but teenagers can because their hearing has not yet degraded. I already listened to it...and heard this high-pitched squeel which is really annoying (you feel it as much as hear it), and I am a lot older than a teenager. But my dad and my uncle could not hear it at all - even when I turned my computer speakers all the way up (although the dog was glaring at me and her ears were cocked).

Oh, COME ON, students. Because we can't tell when you've got the phone out or aren't paying attention to the lecture/class when you do that slouch in the seat try to hide the fact you're texting?

I can hear it, though I'm not sure I could if the phone weren't relatively close to me.

I am 25 and I couldn't hear it. I just heard a very very faint whistle, which if there was anybody else in the house or if i was in the street, I wouldn't have heard it at all!! Going to see if my kids can hear it when they come in from school tonight.

I am over 20+ and I heard it!! I was kinda surprised to given my age. Hahaha hurt like a biatch! ^_^ I am going to get this ringtone simply to annoy the high schoolers that like to hang out and smoke pot outside my apartment

I heard it...pretty loud too, considering I could hear it with my TV and fan running. I didn't find it that annoying either. Though I don't know if I would hear it if it were coming from my pocket.

Totally heard it. I'm looking at 30 really soon, but I have a very high sensitivity to eletronic squeels. It not only can be heard from over 20 ft. away (I tried it while listening to the radio and with the water pump going), but it causes a headache and slight buzz in the front part of my head above my sinuses.

It hurts my brain!
