You know that slightly stoned feeling

You get after you exercise really hard? Welcome to my world - for the next five weeks. eeeeeep! I forgot that that feeling comes from your body being in a constant state of repair/renewal fixing muscles and ligaments taken to the point of exhaustion. My schedule right now:

9:00-10:15 (conditional swimming)
12:00 - 1:00 (MWF) office hours
1:30-2:10 (teaching Math 210)
3:00 - 4:15 (tennis)
4:30 - 5:45 (beginning weight lifting)

I think I'm falling in love with conditional swimming. It makes me feel wonderful, and so relaxed just before I teach class =)
