Oh man...this is embarassing

archive.org is one of the places hosting this screensaver I wrote a long time ago. It wouldn't be so bad - except that along with it, a pathetic old copy of my resume is unpacked into the installation directory - and ummmm....oh yeah....if you try to uninstall the screensaver nothing happens. It just says it's uninstalled...but doesn't undo the changes (minor though they may be) to your registry or delete
the file from your system directory (hangs head in shame). I don't know why I didn't write a clean-up utility! I think I was going to...but then I entered math grad school and...stuff happens. I HATE programmers that do that! Now that archive.org has picked it up....it's going to be floating around the Internet until....forever. Armageddon. *sigh*

Buffed out Giles

I thought this might pique the interest of my flist. I was in the community center the other day lifting weights - and this older guy who I haven't seen before walks in. I swear to god he looked like Giles' twin brother (although a less bookish and shy and more of a psycho version - actually a lot like the Giles in that episode where he sleeps with Buffy's mom and smokes). Still wearing the geeky librarian glasses though. I was taking a break from evil bench press where I had 205 lbs racked (which isn't exactly a small amount of weight for me at the present moment) - and Giles walks over and does 15 reps like he's warming up (which he was) and could have easily put on another 100 lbs. Then he walks over to the free weights and winks at me when he walks past. Bastard!.....(*glowers*)
