For the most part - they have pretty cool stuff but with predictable frequency there is the article about how to be a 'Power-User' in Vista and cool free apps to make the Vista experience less painful...and then there is shit like the following thread
which leads me to suspect that MS is investing in some heavy astroturfing.

I'm still not buying their crummy OS. I don't care how many geeks they pay to pimp it in online forums. Not happening!

Vista bashing is fashionable, and is the best way for a "journalist" to get people to read his article. The reality is that Vista has issues, but does work fairly well for a lot of people. What I can't understand is why after all this time people expect Microsoft products to be perfect. Seems like people would have learned
